Samples/Returns

We want to make your shopping experience at Exceptional Hardware a good one. We want to provide you great customer service along with a great value for your money. Below are our terms of sale. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us toll free at 866-611-9577.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations have to be made within 24 hours. Goods already shipped can not be cancelled and restocking charges will be charged if returned.

SAMPLES: We want you to be happy with your hardware purchase. If you are not 100% sure about your purchase and want to see the item in person, we do suggest ordering a sample rather than a large number of pieces and then incurring restocking charges. If you have any questions concerning finishes or any other product question, do not hesitate to call or email.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS: Please inform us within 5 business days of receipt if your items are defective or have been damaged in shipment. Please call us 866-611-9577 or email exceptionalhardware@yahoo.com to request a RGA (Return Goods Authorization). New items will be shipped as soon as the defective/damaged items are received back in our warehouse. Refunds can also be given, but only for the cost of the product.

SHORTAGES: Please report within 5 business days.

RETURNS: Returns for non-defective items must be made within 20 days of receipt. Please call/email for a RGA. A restocking charge of 25% will be charged for all items (NO EXCEPTIONS). Once items are received back in our warehouse and inspected, a credit will be issued. Please make sure all return items are packed well. Credit will not be given for items damaged in return shipment. All items must be in resalable condition.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 20 DAYS OF RECEIPT. NO CREDITS CAN BE ISSUED AFTER 20 DAYS.
